Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! Orders over £50 qualify for free standard delivery within the UK. For orders under £50, standard delivery rates apply. We also offer free delivery to Ireland on orders over £60 and to the United States on orders over £70.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 and usually arrive within 2–3 working days. Ireland orders typically take 3–5 working days, and US orders arrive within 6–10 working days depending on customs and local delivery times.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we currently ship to Ireland and the United States. Orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked with full tracking. US orders under $800 are duty-free, meaning no extra import charges. Please note that customers in Ireland may be responsible for any local taxes or duties.
What is your returns policy?
We comply with UK consumer law, which means you can return most items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are in unused, original condition with tags attached.
How do I make a return?
To start a return, contact us via the Contact Us page or email. (Hello@z2apparel.co.uk) We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Please reach out to us and we’ll help arrange an exchange for a different size, colour, or product.
What if an item is out of stock?
No problem - you can sign up to be notified when the item is back in stock. Just click the “Notify Me” button on the product page and we’ll email you as soon as it’s available. If you'd like an idea of when this is, or you'd like to request a product in a different colour or size, get in touch, we may be able to manufacture something specific or give you some insight on when we're expecting more stock.
Are your products suitable for all runners?
Yes! Our gear is designed for runners of all abilities, from first-timers to experienced marathoners.

How is Zone 2 Apparel different from other running gear?
Every piece is designed and tested by runners, for runners. We focus on comfort, breathability, durability, and performance — with personality in every stitch.
How do you test your products?
All prototypes go through rigorous real-world testing: long runs, interval sessions, track work, cross-training, and even extreme conditions like sauna and rain simulations. Only gear that performs under pressure makes it to market.
Who is involved in creating your products?
Behind every product is a small, dedicated team. Each person ensures that every product meets the high standards Zone 2 strives to be known for.
Why does Zone 2 focus on personality as well as performance?
Running isn’t just about speed or distance — it’s about enjoyment, expression, and the community around it. Our collections celebrate all runners, whether you’re chasing PBs or enjoying the journey, and we believe your kit should reflect that.
