Zone 2 Apparel – Shipping Policy
Dispatch Times
- We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day, however this may take up to 3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Options
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Typically delivers the next business day after dispatch.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Typically delivers within 2 business days after dispatch.
Important Information
- While we use Royal Mail’s tracked services to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, public holidays, or extreme weather.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please use this to monitor your parcel.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
- In the rare event your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@z2apparel.co.uk and we will do our best to assist you.
Pre-Orders
- Some items may be on pre-order. Expected dispatch times for these items will be clearly noted on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes — we currently ship to Ireland and the United States. Orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked with full tracking. US orders under $800 are duty-free, meaning no extra import charges. Please note that customers in Ireland may be responsible for any local taxes or duties.
